Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom mainland only, which includes:
- England
- Mainland Scotland
- Wales
We do not currently ship to:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
- Republic of Ireland
- Any other international destinations
PROCESSING TIMES
All of our flower arrangements are handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and care in every piece.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping options and costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend and no discount code needed.
Standard shipping: 2-5 business days.
Tracked delivery is included to give you peace of mind.
Please note: During peak times (e.g. holidays), dispatch and
delivery times may be slightly longer.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed
deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch at: contact@dearjasmine.co.uk with your order number.
We'll contact the courier and assist in resolving the issue.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your arrangement
arrives in perfect condition.
- Your flowers are securely wrapped and cushioned inside durable packaging.
- We use sturdy boxes to protect delicate stems and details during transit.
- Each arrangement is hand-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns on all arrangements within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed or accepted.
damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the damage.
We will work quickly to resolve the matter by offering a replacement or refund.
If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange one at no additional cost - subject to availability.
Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the funds into your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
